Spring Has Sprung!

Hope everyone had a great St. Patty's Day Weekend. We have been keeping busy working on our new house and now we have started to tackle the yard since the weather has been so great. Just purchased our first riding mower since we may be needing it sooner than we expected.  No more maintenance-free living for us.  Being 31 weeks pregnant (and STILL getting sick) is making it extra hard to accomplish my laundry list of to-dos around this house.  Thankfully we had the extra help from Gary and Rose this weekend.  Here's the recap of our weekend:

Expo in town..making a maraca and then headed to watch some Irish Dancers.  Quinn has been doing the Irish Jig day and night since she saw them.

Chewin gum and hangin with her cousin...life couldn't be better for Miss Quinn

 Our favorite Irish girls
8:30AM and we are starting the Sunday cleanup.
80 degrees in March...Crazy

Quinn was so excited to sport her Dora gardening gloves

 Let the raking begin.

6:30 PM and 44 leaf bags later and we are wiped
Ready for summer, sporting the swim vest and bike helmet

Watching Daddy grill after a long day

Dubuque Family Visit

We visited with Andy's cousins in Dubuque this weekend.Quinn was mute most of the visit but has not stopped talking about it since.  She has been saying prayers about Maddie's sprained ankle each night and keeps asking if she can have "pink" hair like Olivia and Alexa.  It was great seeing them and just catching up.

She finally earned all her stickers for being a good sleeper and staying in her bed. We went to the dollar store and she picked this green wig.Rainbow Brite...

 Ready for the waterpark

Goggles were the only way she would enter the water
 Patrick and Mark posing
Alexa and Olivia shopping in Galena

Baby #2 Ultrasound Pictures

We went to my doctor's appointment today and got to see some images of Molly at 29 weeks. She was quite active and kept kicking and putting her foot or hand up near her face, so it was hard to get good snapshots.  She looks so similar to Quinn as a baby.  We found out that she is currently 3lbs and  will most likely be around 71/2 lbs at birth. Quinn loved seeing her and thought it was pretty cool watching her hand wave.  Everything looked normal, 10 fingers 10 toes...The due date can't come soon enough.  I am STILL getting sick! May 22nd is when a c-section is being scheduled. It's nice to know I won't be going into labor after my due date.  Here are some of the images from today.
We told Quinn she was trying to click her fingers like her in this picture.
 Waving to Quinn
 Side view, sucking hand
The eye sockets are a little freaky but the tech assured me that it is normal.
