Molly had such a great birthday weekend full of fun. She picked out Scooby Doo Snacks to bring to preschool for her special celebration there and loved telling people that they ate "bones" for her treat. She sported a glittery paper crown made by her teacher and proudly used the big girl potty all day (last week she decided she was only wearing underwear to school after months of no progress with potty training).
Molly has a TINY obsession with bandaids so it seemed appropriate to have a Doc McStuffins birthday. She loved eating all her themed treats and played put the bandaid on stuffy. She was spoiled with many gifts but of course of few of her most favorite were bandaids, gum, and a squirt gun. I don't think she stopped smiling all day. She also shared her celebration with my grandma, Granny, who turned 90 years old a couple days before. The sun was shining and it was a perfect day to be outside.
Some other fun this weekend included a visit to two of our friends homes for some quality time and a few trips to Menards to complete our first vegetable garden. And now I am counting down the days until summer break so I can spend more time relaxing and spending time with family.
She has been wearing those boots everywhere.

Preschool screening. Oh that smile melts my heart. I thought for sure she would qualify given the fact that she baby talked and was super clingy. Passed screening with flying colors.
Last day of preschool. Such a big girl!
