The end is approaching

39 weeks and 3 days. I really didn't think that I would get to this point! Today was my first day of maternity leave. I just couldn't make it the rest of the week. I'm lacking sleep, have swollen feet, and contractions. Last Friday we even called the doctor because we thought that I was in the beginning stages of labor. Guess not because I am still pregnant!! I had another appointment tonight and the doctor said I am still 3cm 80% effaced. I have an appt scheduled for Monday if I go overdue. Then we will discuss an induction date at that point.
