It was so nice being home with Quinn on my spring break. She enjoyed going to the children's museum with her cousin,Claire, and getting Easter goodies. She loved opening up the Easter eggs to see what she would find. She was so good in church and wanted to be held by the stranger behind us. It was too funny. She got spoiled by many family members and even got to have each grandma babysit her this week. She has adjusted back into daycare. I think she missed everyone there and all the fun toys. I am glad she is so happy there. It always makes going back to work a lot easier.
Quinn's stats:
Weight-21 lbs
Height-29.5inches (I think)She is very petite. Still hoping she will eventually break the 5 foot barrier.
Latest Words:please, Eew (she will say this about diapers, sticky hands, or stinky feet), shoe, sock, ball, wow, uh oh, yeah, hi, bye, mama-mom-mommy, nana, dada-daddy, hayley (hay) , fish(ish), ee ee ee (monkey noise), ee ee ee (her version of tweet), woof woof, roar, Ali, no, hi, pa, mema, book, ow,thank you, nite nite, bear, and her favorite of them all is BABY. We hear "baby, baby, baby" all day.
Favorites this month:
-She loves her wagon rides and looking for birds.
-Screaming on the top of her lungs and then giggling.
-She is so cute with her babies. She washes them with wipes, hugs, kisses (even makes a kissing sound), feeds them and puts them in a stroller to walk them around the house. She acts like a little mommy.
-Being independent and helping with everything. She loves to share, including her chewed up food.
-She prefers walking/running and no longer uses crawling to get anywhere.
-Since walking she longer likes to sit in her stroller. She does like sitting in the wagon and pointing to dogs and birds.
-So big
-Covering her face for peek-a-boo
-Doing the Bunny Hop and spinning in circles until she falls down
*I will post pictures from the week soon (I haven't had time to get them off my camera)
